Cake Smash Photography
Book 3 - 4 weeks ahead, once baby is sitting independently, often around the first birthday.
Choose a package & check datesAbout your session
A cake smash is a first-birthday story rather than one very messy photograph. Depending on your chosen package, we begin with clean portraits or family photographs, move into the cake, and finish with a playful bubble-bath splash. The pace stays relaxed, because some babies dive straight in while others need time to explore every new texture.

The essentials
The short version here; deeper preparation and style choices are in the guides above.
Best timing
The ideal age is usually 11–13 months, once your baby is sitting independently. Book at least three to four weeks ahead so there is time to plan your theme and arrange a cake. If you want finished images before the birthday, choose an earlier session date that also allows for selection and editing.
The session story
The exact flow depends on your package. We normally photograph the clean setup first, when outfits and little hands are pristine, then introduce the cake. A splash setup can finish the story and gives your baby a chance to play while the icing disappears.
A simple bench, birthday or family setup creates photographs that are not all about cake.
We give hesitant babies time and never force hands into cake. Wooden spoons and favourite snacks can help.
Where included, a small supervised bubble-bath setup creates joyful final images and starts the clean-up.
Spread the cost, pay monthly
