Who we share with
Service providers acting as processors: Dropbox, Barclays, StudioNinja, Google. We have contracts in place and they can’t use your data for their own purposes.
International transfers
If data is stored outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Booking records for 6 years (tax law). Galleries for 30 days then archived for 6 months. Marketing data until you withdraw consent. We delete consented marketing images on request.
